About this project...

Fella Hamilton had an existing website built in Flash. It was expensive to maintain, and didn’t deliver on its promise of easy online shopping. Even as its mature-aged customers were demanding a more usable website, the business was considering pulling out of the web altogether.

Weave built a website based on a content management system that allows Fella Hamilton to update its own seasonal catalogues. We put special emphasis on making the site usable for an older audience, using a layout taken from the printed catalogue, rather than a typical web catalogue.

Since the recent launch, web traffic has increased, and the website started generating online sales within the first week.
